As a senior, you will help build modern and best-in-class PM processes and workflows that will enable our teams to collaborate effectively.

What you’ll do
Re-imagine how our customers (product management teams) collaborate on product strategy, discovery, and roadmapping.
Lead one of our product teams, working closely with our founders, product designers, and engineers to develop new products and features that make a difference.
Partner up with our customer success and sales teams to understand user needs and problems.
Take ownership of the discovery process and support the engineering team in the delivery and quality assurance process.
Use airfocus to build a better airfocus: prioritize what makes it to the roadmap using the airfocus product strategy platform (you will love it).
Constantly work on differentiating our product in the market mid to long-term.
Collaborate with our product marketers to successfully showcase, market, and onboard users to new features.
Mentor other product managers. We work in small cross-functional teams that usually consist of 3-4 engineers, a product designer, and a product manager. Youll be part of the whole feature development lifecycle.
YOUR PROFILE
You are a product manager with at least 4 years of experience and demonstrated traction building user-friendly products.
You love solving complex problems.
You’re a curious maker who wants to understand the bigger picture and build the right things.
You have experience setting up and managing product teams and processes (ProductOps).
You have the ability to identify bottlenecks in a product delivery process and the drive to proactively solve them.
You embrace that PM is about communicating with different stakeholders to achieve objectives.
You have a great feeling for UI/UX design and your opinion.
A technical background (QA, web development, etc.) is a clear plus.
You can multitask and work on 2-3 initiatives at the same time.
Experience with SaaS products is a plus.
You are fluent in English.
